Darell was born in 1943 and grew up in central Florida. After high school Darell joined the US Navy and served six years in submarine service. Darell resides in Woodford with his wife Annette.

They have three daughters: Tracy, Angela and Dodie. Two son-in-laws, Chris & Tony; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

​

Darell retired in 2005 after working 37 years in the defense industry. He joined ROBC in 2016, was elected deacon is 2019 and serves the Lord on many teams.

Darell believes that God will provide whatever is needed to get the job done.
